Soybeans are registering record prices, $440 per ton, the highest value on the international market since August 2014. The country's productive and industrial actors in the oilseed sector are calling for public policies to promote exports without restrictions or quotas, and access to the use of genetically improved seeds to increase productivity and competitiveness. The surplus of the 2019-2020 summer cycle -after 800,000 tons to cover the domestic market- may generate between 800 million and one billion dollars for exports.
The Board of Directors of Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Entel), appointed this Friday, Roque Roy Méndez Soleto, as the new general manager of the state entity. Méndez returns to the position he held from 2010 to 2013. Roy Méndez is an Electronic Engineer, graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) with a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has a diploma in Higher Education, Research and Skills from the Military Engineering School (EMI) in the city of Santa Cruz. He was Vice Minister of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Public Works in two opportunities.
The Government appointed the Vice-Ministers of High Energy Technologies and Exploration and Exploitation of Hydrocarbons. Álvaro Hernán Arnez, returned to the Ministry of Hydrocarbons to serve as Vice-Minister of High Energy Technologies. Between 2012 and 2016 he held the position of Vice Minister of Industrialization, Commercialization, Transportation and Storage of Hydrocarbons. Arnez has a Master's degree in Polymers and a PhD in Chemical Engineering. Luis Alberto Poma Calle is the new Vice Minister of Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation. In 2015 he served as Vice-Minister of Exploration and Exploitation, and later became Vice President of YPFB.

My future in the giant of the Ande" organized by the National Chamber of Commerce (CNC) and carried out in a presential and virtual way, achieved 4.7 million dollars in intentions of purchase of vehicles.
