The General State Budget (PGE) for 2021 has a consolidated amount of Bs 216,501.2 million ($31.06 bn). It also foresees a 4.2% growth in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) based on the price of the barrel of oil at $37.21. Infrastructure will have an investment of 3.44 billion.

Economy guarantees 10% for health and leaves $2.44 billion
The Ministry of Economy yesterday guaranteed 10% for the health sector and affirmed that it leaves 17 billion bolivianos ($2.44 bn) in the State coffers for the next government to face the closing of this year, although the amounts include external credits such as that of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Health will have its 10% and Education 11%, we are guaranteeing it in the General State Budget 2021. The regulation, drafted by the current transition government, must be approved by the Legislative Assembly in the next few days.
CAF allocates more than $2 billion to support Latin American SMEs in 2020

Bolivia foresees a drop of less than -11% and improves the indicator to -7.3%

YPFB allocates 15.5 million litres of diesel weekly, for productive activities in Santa Cruz
Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) reported that it supplies 4.5 million litres of diesel from national production to Santa Cruz every week, and another 11 million litres imported from Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil and Chile, to supply fuel to all service stations, direct customers and large consumers in Santa Cruz. In Arica, 44 million litres of diesel were unloaded and will be loaded daily into 80 tanks to transport it to La Paz and Santa Cruz.
Price of chicken meat goes up 23%

46% of the burned area in Santa Cruz is forest

Fires down to 28, but average weekly outbreaks double that of 2019
Although forest fires have dropped by approximately 50 per cent in the last week to 28, the average daily number of hot spots (smaller events) is 135 per cent higher than the average for the same period in 2019 due to climate and human intervention. Pro Mujer IFD places securitization securities for $24.39 mn
Pro Mujer IFD achieved the total placement of its Securitization Securities in the stock market for an amount of 170 million Bolivians ($24.39 mn), is the third stock market operation in the last two years. The other two stock market operations carried out in 2018 and 2019 for amounts of 120 million Bolivians ($17.22 mn).
